About the event
Writing is an effective way to handle emotions that a cancer diagnosis can trigger. This free seminar will cover eight unique writing techniques and help you discover the ones that are most effective for you to reduce stress, make sense of life events, and find meaning. Additional benefits include:

- Lower blood pressure and heart rate
- Resistance to minor illnesses such as colds and flu
- Generally improved physical health
Survivors, patients, caregivers, and anyone impacted by cancer or just interested in learning new strategies for managing stress, are welcome to attend.
